01Global Service Provision
Digital Advertising Global provides software engineering, AI integration, and digital marketing services to clients worldwide. Our services are subject to international availability and local regulations of the client's jurisdiction.
02Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, code snippets, AI models, and marketing strategies developed by us remain the intellectual property of Digital Advertising Global unless explicitly transferred via a separate written contract. Users are granted a limited license to use the delivered solutions for their intended business purposes.
03Payment & Subscriptions
Payments are processed in USD or other major international currencies. Taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client. Subscription-based services auto-renew unless canceled according to our global cancellation policy.
04Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by international law, Digital Advertising Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These terms are governed by international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through international arbitration.
